United Merchant Capital has created products to be competitive in the market place.  We have priced ourselves competitively in the marketplace.  We can do Merchant Cash Advances between $5,000 and $450,000 per incorporated location.  We do not have “Set Pricing” so we can be very flexible to meet merchant’s needs. 

To receive an offer we only require that you submit 4 months of Visa/MasterCard Statements (for non seasonal merchants) along with the completed application

If there is an outstanding merchant cash advance with another merchant cash advance provider, please indicate this on the initial application.  If possible, provide information on the estimated balance and retrieval %.

Small Business Loans

United Merchant Capital is pleased to announce that we are now offering short term working capital loans to quality credit businesses that are cash flow positive.  Loans are between $50,000 and $2,500,000 with payback terms between 9-13 months.  Interest rates are dependent on a blend of the business owners’ credit and the businesses financial health. 

The submission package should include the following:

1. United Merchant Capital Application
2. Last two years of business tax returns.
3. Last 4 months of business bank statements
4. YTD Financial Statements – Balance sheet and income statement
5. Prior two years of financials – Balance sheet and income statement
6. How much capital are you for and what is the money going to be used for? 
7. Description of what product and/or service the company provides and general information about the company
